How we work

From first call to a working system.

Most projects have a working first version within two to four weeks.

The process

How we work

Five steps from the first conversation to deployment and handover.

01

Data and Business Review

Week 1

We review your sources, tools, workflows, and the gaps between them before we start building.

Deliverables

Current state data inventory
Identified gaps and quality issues
Business objective alignment document
Recommended data infrastructure changes
Security and ownership

Data security and ownership

Your data stays within the environment and access controls agreed for the engagement.

NDA-ready from day one

NDAs signed before any discovery conversation.

Role-based access control

Every role sees only what's relevant. Auditable and revocable.

You own the data and the code

On completion, we transfer the code, models, pipelines, and documentation.

Flexible deployment options

Your cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise, or both.

PII handling and anonymization

Data minimization, anonymization, and pseudonymization are built in where required.

Automated backups and monitoring

Automated backups, failure alerting, performance monitoring.

Ongoing maintenance model

Structured retainers for retraining, updates, and health reviews.

FAQ

Common questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most.

Power BI or Tableau is usually enough for standard reporting, recurring KPI reviews, and self-service analysis. A custom application makes sense when the work also needs routing, approvals, role-specific workflows, or models inside an operating process.

Consider a custom application when different roles need different workflows, alerts must go to specific owners, or your business rules do not fit a general BI tool. If people still copy dashboard data into email or spreadsheets to finish the job, a small application may be a better fit.

A focused first version usually takes two to four weeks. Larger builds with several integrations or predictive models often take six to ten weeks. We confirm the timeline after reviewing the data and scope.

No. We review data quality at the start and include cleaning and validation in the build. If the available history is not enough for a report or model, we will say so before that work begins.

You do, completely and unconditionally. On project completion we transfer all source code, model artefacts, pipeline definitions, and documentation. We sign IP assignment agreements as standard. We retain no access, no copy of your data, and no licence over anything we build for you.

Yes. We build integrations as a core part of every project, not an add-on. Common integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and most REST APIs. If you have an existing CRM, ERP, or data warehouse, we connect to it rather than replacing it. If your stack is unusual, we discuss feasibility in the audit phase before any commitment is made.

Security controls are defined during the audit and applied to the delivery environment. Depending on your stack, this can include TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based permissions, audit logging, and anonymization or pseudonymization. We can deploy to your infrastructure and work within your existing security review process. NDA and data-access requirements are agreed before access is granted.
