The Challenge

In real estate, timing is everything. Our client was struggling to match internal property data with external listings and opportunities. The process involved manual cleaning, lookup, and guesswork — taking hours of admin time per agent each month. Even worse, their sales team couldn’t confidently act on the leads they had, missing out on prime opportunities due to delays and messy data.

Our Solution

We built a lightweight web app with a powerful AI backend. The app takes in messy or incomplete data from multiple sources, cleans it, and intelligently matches properties based on a custom-built confidence model. Results are ranked into high/medium/low categories, helping the team prioritize outreach. Everything is trackable, searchable, and integrated into their CRM workflow.

The Outcome

Each team member now saves around 10–12 hours a month — translating to *2,400 hours saved annually* across the organization. More importantly, the team now acts faster, with confidence. They're reaching clients before the competition and focusing on the leads that matter most. The client called the solution “incredibly valuable,” and we’re already in discussions about phase two.
